Italy declares emergency for immigrants
The state of emergency already operates throughout the country forward, "Reuters." So far this scheme was only in the provinces of Calabria and Sicily. The measure gives police and local authorities powers to combat arriving. The government of Silvio Berlusconi was elected precisely by promising to combat illegal immigration. The opposition attacked the policy as a "fascist."
