More than 1,000 U.S. banks may fail

Over 1000 of total 8309 U.S. banks could fail as a result of the increased number of nonperforming loans, the analysis of RBC Capital Markets, said. Experts say banks with total assets of under $ 2 billion will be most vulnerable to the fatal period of the next three to five years.
