Stalinism is fascism - Europe remembered after 70 years
Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) adopted a resolution put equate the roles of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union in the outbreak of World War II, AP, said on Monday.
The adopted resolution calls on member states to proclaim 23 August Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Stalinism and Nazism. On this date in 1939 both countries signed a nonaggression pact, which was shared by Europe, reminded by AP.
